RETURNS
ALL RETURNS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT, WHICH WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD CODE
••You must notify ThriftyChic via email within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the return process.
••You must return item(s) to ThriftyChic within 14 days from the date you received your item(s). (USPS Tracking will provide the delivery date)
Do not wait until day 14 to notify ThriftyChic. The items must be returned BY day 14. Notify ThriftyChic in a timely manner of receiving your order.
••All items must be in unused condition (Damages, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted once worn. Please inspect and try on item as soon as it's received). There should be no stains, no pet hair, no smells and no signs of wearing the item. Item must be unwashed with tags attached (if applicable).
••AFTER DAY 14, ITEMS ARE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
••Pick-ups: The 14 day return window starts once the order is in the pick-up tote and customer is notified. No exceptions.
SHIPPING CHARGES FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
THRIFTYCHIC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
EXCHANGES:
••Exchanges are only for the same item in a different size and/or color.
••Exchanges follow the same rules as returns. If an exchange cannot be made, store credit will be given.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING, HOWEVER, WE WILL SHIP THE EXCHANGE BACK TO YOU FOR FREE.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Once your order is received, please inspect all items for defects.
••All damaged items must be notified via email within 5 days of receiving your order. (Please follow the steps below)
••Once ThriftyChic is notified of damages, we will begin the return process for you.
••please note that tie dyes and bleached items all have slight variations due to the bleaching/dye process, therefore, the variations are not considered a defect••
Return Process:
1. Email thriftychic@thriftychic.shop to begin the return process.
*Put in the subject line the type of return (return, exchange, defect)
*Include your name, order number and a description of the item.
*If the return is due to a defect, please attach a picture of the damaged item to the email.
2. ThriftyChic will process the information and authorize the return, exchange or damage. ThriftyChic will provide information for next step.
3. Return the item to ThriftyChic. Please use any carrier of your choosing to ship back to us (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). Please return the item(s) to the following address provided via email.
4. Once the item is received, we will either authorize store credit (returns) or prepare the exchange to be shipped to you. An email will be sent to you with the authorization. (process may take 3-5 days after the order is returned to us)
••Certain items are FINAL SALE due to hygenic purposes, which include leggings and undergarments (bralettes, sports bras, and bodysuits)
••Graphic T~Shirts are always FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
